QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Diploma or degree in Natural Resource Management or Environmental Science, or equivalent
  2. Two years management experience
  3. Minimum one year experience in working with computer word processing and data management programs.
  4. Extensive knowledge of Deh Cho lands, resources, harvesting practices, customs, and culture.
  5. Knowledge of the Deh Cho Process, the Deh Cho Interim Measures Agreement, the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act, and other applicable land and resource legislation.
  6. Able to operate sophisticated computer resource programs required to carry out duties
  7. Ability to speak South Slavey a definite asset.
  8. Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
